The musings of a young women who had

dreams of returning home to the land,

the garden, & the forest, she once knew.

To behold, she thought, the wonder of the

flora & fauna that grew, and from them

she would come to know all that she was

meant to.

This women being me, Ashley, who currently resides nestled in the mountains of Washington with her partner Michael. Who are collectively trying to rekindle the vitality of living a holistic & self-sufficent lifestyle, by consciously caring for a small homestead, woodlot and diverse permaculture based garden.
